Any form of tension, whatever its intensity and frequency, impacts one or more of our resources or needs, resulting in a state of imbalance that manifests itself in the body in various forms. Without subtle listening to the body, unperceived imbalances intensify (change of rhythm and form) until they become perceptible.
In the vast majority of cases, people react when tension is already high, due to a lack of finesse and deep attention to their feelings. Acute becomes chronic, multiple imbalances trigger illness. Our bodies have been talking to us for a long time.
Due to a lack of knowledge of our abilities, standardization of physical practices and early cerebral hyperstimulation, our natural and instinctive aptitudes are being extinguished. Our modern human body is drained of its subtle sensations. Only the intense and the extreme exist.
